Freshen up your lunch with this fresh idea. Ditch the GLUTEN and use veggies to scoop up your salmon salad.
Gluten does not fuel the body. In fact, it fuels pathogens and promotes inflammation. What the heck is a pathogen?…one example is bad bacteria). 🦠
The body doesn’t know what to do with gluten…aka break it down to absorb nutrients. According to research, nobody should consume gluten- whether you have a sensitivity to gluten (took a food sensitivities test), have an autoimmune disease, thyroid issues, or none of the above- ditch the gluten.
If ditching gluten causes you to hyperventilate, then get curious as to why you have an attachment to this food. Then change your perspective:
1. Get creative in the kitchen. Try a variety of foods to swap out the gluten. (Pictured here: carrot chips + cucumber slices = delicious swap option
2. Use food to fuel the body, not cause more harm. Food is medicine. The body is meant to heal itself allow it to do it job by choosing healing foods.
3. Be careful with gluten-free bread and other starch options. Read the label- if you can pronounce the words, you know you’re eating real food. Choose wisely!
